The Process

How we make website magic with you

The processes we follow to get your web project efficiently and successfully out the door require your cooperation and timely feedback. These are the steps we'll follow:


By asking (sometimes uncomfortable) questions we'll seek to understand the truth behind your project and your website needs. By trying to empathise with your why, we'll be able to plan better.


The information we discover is visualised with a plain sitemap (a tree diagram). We then turn this sitemap into a prototype website so we can start to see how things will actually work.


Once the sitemap and prototype are agreed the fun begins and pencils and crayons come out so we can match your brand to the prototype.


Whether you're providing content or we are getting it for you we need to have content (or a good chunk of it) prior to getting started on actually building the site.

Site Build

Design agreed, we'll get to work building the site, adding the content and making things work.

Test & launch

Finally we'll check everything is working and send it out live for the world to wonder at!

Be honest about your budget and we will tell you what we can and can't do. If you have a very small budget and only need a simple site, maybe our Very Simple Package would be more suitable.
It's helpful to have goals as it keeps all of us on the same page and moving in the same direction. That is specific and measurable goals. With this in mind, what are the main needs of your new website?
Tell us about your ideal customer. Who are they? How old are they? What gender are they? Where do they hang out online? What are their interests?
[eg: research product information, get contact details, ask questions about services, pricing]
If we were to be celebrating a successful website strategy in 12 months time, what would that have to look like? How many website visitors? How many leads? How many sales? Be as descriptive as you possibly can.
